        • Dan Hurson was quoted regarding the new SEC Whistleblower Law in Ignites, the mutual fund industry news service of the Financial Times. The article, published Aug. 2, 2010, discussed the Fidelity whistelblower case now on appeal in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

          • The United States Supreme Court, in it's recent opinion in Skilling v. United States narrowing the scope of the federal mail fraud statute, cited in the body of its opinion an article written by Daniel J. Hurson in the American Criminal Law Review discussing the history of the statute. It was the only law review article cited on this issue in the majority opinion. 561 U.S.___(2010), slip op. at 37.
