It does counsel or the client little good to exhaust the client's capacity to defend itself by generating excessive fees. Sometimes a client needs the aid of a multi-attorney team or a large law firm, and sometimes he doesn't, particularly in the case of an individual needing representation in a larger investigation. By keeping overhead and fixed costs low, we focus on providing resources only as and when needed for a particular case. In some matters, such as representation of trustees or debtors-in-possession, we can employ contingency fee arrangements.
